He played a key role as M&A lead in the successful sale of the business unit, pioneering roles across technology, management, and finance while driving post-merger integrations and business transformation.

Zvonimir served as CFO and Board Member at Amodo, steering operations through international growth and a strategic acquisition by a global industry player. His financial acumen and operational expertise were instrumental in the company's successful scaling and eventual exit.

Zvonimir holds degrees from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Accounting and Finance from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb. This unique combination of technical and financial education enables him to bridge the gap between complex technology and business strategy.
