How it works

Strives runs reactivation, personalised offers and follow-ups from your ERP history, under your commercial rules. Your team approves every message.

What Strives does with each account

The same five steps, for every under-served account, with your account manager deciding before anything leaves the building.

  1. Step 1

    Research and score

Each account is scored from your own order history: what they bought, when they stopped, what they are likely to need now. Public information about the business fills in the rest.

  2. Step 2

    Build the offer

Products are chosen against your catalogue and the account's mix, under your rules: allowed brands, price caps, minimum order, discount policy. Prices, discounts, VAT and totals are calculated, never written by a language model.

  3. Step 3

    Draft the message

Written in the customer's language and your tone, with the objective set per stage. A quality check stops anything off-policy before an account manager sees it.

  4. Step 4

    Your approval

The draft and the offer arrive on a board. Your account manager edits, approves or rejects in one click. Nothing is sent without that recorded approval.

  5. Step 5

Follow up until there is an answer

Silence triggers the next step on a schedule you set. Replies are routed to your account manager with a drafted answer. Opt-outs are honoured before anyone reads them.

What your account manager does

Opens the board. Reads the card: the account, why it was picked, the offer and the draft. Edits if needed. Approves or rejects in one click. Every rejection teaches the system what you would never say. About fifteen minutes a day.

What lands on an account manager's desk, with a sample account and sample products. Prices are demonstration values.

Your rules, your stages, your tone are configuration

In the first week we set up, with you, the rules every message obeys: allowed and blocked brands, price caps, minimum order, discount policy, business hours, the objective for each stage of a conversation, and the phrases your company never uses. You can change any of them on any day, and the change applies to the next draft.

  • Rules

Allow and block lists, price caps, minimum order, discount governance, opt-out handling

  • Stages

Cold, nurturing, engaged, proposing, won: each with its own objective, cadence and exit criteria

  • Tone and language

Your voice, in Croatian, German or English, with glossary terms that are never paraphrased

  • Qualification

Questions an account must answer before it advances, so no one is pitched before they are ready

How we start

Four steps. A decision on your own numbers in about fourteen weeks.

  1. Week 0 to 1

    Diagnostic

You send an anonymised ERP export: accounts, last order date, revenue. We return one page: how many accounts are silent, what they used to buy, what that is worth, and which segment to start with.

  2. Week 1 to 2

    Demo on your data

One of your real accounts, anonymised, worked live: enriched, scored, offered under sample rules, drafted in your language, on the approval board.

  3. Week 2 to 14

    Paid pilot on one segment

Your rules configured with you in the first week; drafts on the board from the second. Your account managers approve, a control segment is set aside, and you get a weekly readout.

  4. Week 14

    Decide on the report

Activated accounts, revenue and reply rates for the pilot segment against the control segment. If it worked, we continue. If not, you keep the report and owe nothing more.

What we need from you

  • An ERP export we can read; we have templates for common systems
  • A sending address on your domain
  • One account manager who will spend about fifteen minutes a day on the board
  • Your brand, price and discount rules, in a one-hour session

What you never need

  • A CRM project
  • New licences or seats
  • A data team
  • A change in how your reps work their top accounts

Start with your own numbers.

Send an anonymised ERP export and get a one-page diagnostic in five working days: how many accounts are silent, what that is worth, and where a pilot would start.
